Start and drive

Engine start:

1. If you start the engine for the first time, please perform maintenance inspection.

2. Check that the transmission shift lever is in the neutral position.

3. The accelerator pedal stepped to the middle position, the clutch pedal stepped to the end, and the key was turned to the “START” position to start the engine.

4. After the engine is started, slowly loosen the accelerator pedal and move it to the idling position.

note:

The starting time of the starter is not allowed to exceed 30 seconds per start, and there is a minimum of 2 minutes between each start.

The engine is not allowed to idle for more than 5 minutes.

For safety, be sure to depress the clutch pedal when starting the engine.

Ramp running:

1. When driving downhill, the engine brake should be used effectively to keep the speed of the car in a safe range.

2. When connecting low gear or downhill, care must be taken not to allow the engine to exceed the allowable speed.

3, before the next steep slope or long slope, should try to brake the work is normal.

4. When the high gear is changed to low gear, you must check the speed meter to confirm the speed and use the engine tachometer to check the engine speed.

Clutch operation:

Whether shifting gears from high gear to low gear or shifting gears from low gear to high gear, the shift method of the two-legged clutch must be used. When driving, after completing the clutch operation, be sure not to step on the clutch color plate.

Braking operation:

1. When braking for parking, use foot brake. When the shift lever is in the neutral position, braking is not suitable.

2. Emergency braking methods should not be used except for emergency situations. In particular, the use of emergency braking in the case of slippery roads in rainy weather is highly likely to cause dangerous situations such as side slip.

3. After the car is washed or through a deep water hole, water may enter the brake drum to reduce the braking performance. When driving, step on a few feet to brake and evaporate water to ensure that the brake can work normally.

To stop the vehicle smoothly, operate the brake pedal as follows:

1. Before the scheduled parking place is 25-35m, the brake pedal will be stepped down by 1/2-1/3.

2. When the scheduled parking place is 5-6m in front, gradually relax the pedal.

3, before going to the parking place, gently step on the brake pedal to stop the car completely.

note:

If the brake pedal is kept on hold, the car will stop impetuously within a short distance;

Avoid brake pedals because they may expel the air in the air reservoir and cause the vehicle to lose control.

Before you reach the parking spot, gently step on the brake pedal to stop the car completely.

Parking:

1. Try to park in a flat place when parking.

2. Pull up the parking brake lever and place the transmission lever in the neutral position. If necessary, plug the wheel with triangle pad.

3, After driving, temporarily idle the engine, so that the temperature can be reduced after the flameout, especially after a large engine load or high-speed driving, the engine generally high temperature, should not suddenly turn off.

4, turn off all switches after the flameout.

5. After turning the key switch to the "OFF" position, remove the key.
